16:9 is a billboard attached to the yard-side of Kingsgate Workshops. It's visible from the street and from Kilburn Grange Park. Kingsgate Project Space commissions new works from emerging and established artists specially for this site.

'From a series of recent works, originating from small doodled forms, which are enlarged to paintings, and painted paper cut-outs. I enjoy the fact that a fleeting form becomes a focus - takes on a personality, and is brought out into a physical painted world and celebrated.'
Mikey Cuddihy (b. 1952, New York, USA) is an artist and writer currently based in East Sussex. She studied at Edinburgh College of Art, Central School of Art & Design and MA Painting at Chelsea College of Art. Her work has been shown in solo and group exhibitions at: Whitechapel Gallery, Serpentine Gallery, Kelvingrove Museum, New Art Gallery Walsall, Flowers East, Peer Gallery, ICA London, Beaconsfield Gallery, and Domo Baal Gallery, among others. Works by Mikey Cuddihy have been acquired by: Arts Council England, Contemporary Art Society, Deutsche Bank, Momart, Leicestershire Education Authority, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Cancer Centre, Thomas Frangenberg Collection, and Soho House. Mikey is represented by Domo Baal Gallery.
