Overview
Richard Saltoun Gallery announces ‘The Final Project’: an exhibition of the last artwork of British feminist photographer Jo Spence before her death of leukaemia in 1992. A series of photographs and accumulated objects, this will be the first ever exhibition of this body of work. Spence’s unique perspective and understanding of death, as she suffered from her own terminal illness, is made visual through this work. The show coincides with the BP Spotlight display of her work at Tate Britain (till autumn 2016).
