Join us on Friday 2 March, 2pm in the Sky Room at MK Gallery for an engaging discussion on Euan Uglow (1932 – 2000). In celebration of the anniversary of Uglow’s birth on 10 March 1932, this in-conversation discussion will be a unique opportunity to learn more about the painter’s work from those who knew him well.
Catherine Lampert, curator of our current exhibition and author of the catalogue raisonné of Uglow’s paintings, will be joined by artist Robert Dukes who studied at the Slade School of Art during Uglow’s time as a tutor.
Guests will also be able to visit the exhibition, Euan Uglow: An Arc from the Eye and experience many of the painter’s vivid large-scale works and creative inspirations up close.
