BULLYACHE – THE FUTURE LASTS FOREVER (Work in progress)

11 Sep-12 Sep 2025

Raven Row
London E1 7LS

Overview

THE FUTURE LASTS FOREVER is a performance that takes an autobiographical approach to death and how we mourn the loss of loved ones – a funeral set inside the sculpture of a pop music video, exploring a single performer’s endurance in the face of grief and consumerism.

BULLYACHE have been developing this solo performance alongside their theatrical work over the last few years. At Raven Row they will present this work in progress, created from their archival materials, research, music and choreography.

This event is now fully booked. Please join our waitlist via Eventbrite by clicking HERE.

This event is part of a series of performances programmed by Rachael Harlow and Chloe Page taking place at Raven Row over the summer, from July to September.

BULLYACHE is an artist duo founded in 2021 by Courtney Deyn and Jacob Samuel. They make live music videos for the stage: choreographing, directing and composing original works that merge music, avant-garde dance theatre and pop culture spectacle. Their most recent full-length work A Good Man is Hard to Find had its premiere at the Venice Biennale, July 2025.
