Overview

This event will take place at Bethnal Green Nature Reserve and KO Combat Academy.

Join Bones and Venus in this holistic self defence session dedicated to physical and meta-physical healing, community care, and self-empowerment.

Bones will start the session with a herbalism activity in Bethnal Green Nature Reserve, exploring the magical and medicinal properties of nature to set the tone and intention for the day.

Afterwards, we’ll head over to KO Combat Academy for a mini masterclass from Venus in fundamental self defence skills, incorporating elements of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and striking techniques.

KO Combat Academy is on ground level and all areas can be accessed with a walking aid or by wheelchair.
