Overview

The streets of this Folkestone suburb will be illuminated as Strange Cargo presents the second Cheriton Lights Festival. Building on last years highlights the event includes artworks from the likes of Nayan Kulkarni, Assocreation and Novak Collective. The festival forms part of Cheriton Artland, a programme of events running since 2011. Initially conceived as a space to allow people a fresh perspective on their own environment, Cheriton Artland has grown to continually challenge understandings of how the arts may be used to intervene in public spaces. This FREE event runs from 6-9pm each evening.
