Overview

Felix Anaut returns to the gallery with a new series of abstract expressionist "Visual Music" paintings and ceramics. The works contain repeated symbols, lines and colours which are both immediately familiar and excting. The works are intermezzos, nocturnes and harmonies - suggesting the music that Felix Anaut wants us to see (and hear). There is always a dynamic in each painting (or ceramic work), a movement as with the flow of notes on a page each work generating its own rhythm.
