Overview

Fiona James, conversations around 'Leaky Lecture Series', 2013-2014 Henning Lundkvist, 'Orgelshtick', 2014 Lorena Muñoz-Alonso in conversation with Henning Lundkvist Curated by Mette Kjærgaard Præst ----------------------- Through exercises of self-expression The thing made real will focus on the shortcomings and potentialities of language. While James experiments with attempts at forcing the language of thought as a means to examine the importance of necessity, Lundkvist questions the process of thinking and making in a move towards a pre-linguistic realm. As part of 'Morphologies', over four Saturdays Kunstraum is bringing together artists, curators and writers to share their thoughts on language and its morphologies through performances, screenings, conversations and discussions. 'Morphologies' focuses on artists working with new developments in languages, and explores the interdependent relationship between language, culture, history and politics.
