Boo Ritson : Back-Roads Journeys - 'The Gas Station'
13 Oct-21 Nov 2009

The second part of a new two-part series of work by Boo Ritson (part one shows at Alan Cristea). Tracking the story of a Diner Waitress, Ritson depicts characters and still lives drawn from her own imagined narratives merged with borrowed Americana. This is the launch exhibition of an exciting new programme of exhibitions by Poppy Sebire gallery artists. Without fixed premises, the gallery takes on a new London space for each exhibition. Updates about new locations and exhibitions of this nomadic ’space’ are posted regularly on the gallery website.
