Overview
Basic structures of presents three artist practices that use fabric and textiles within the development of their work. Positioned within the frame of London Fashion Week, this exhibition delves into the conceptualisation of trends, repetitive processes of production and human relationships to weave. The artworks will reflect on the relationship between the body, abstraction and the inherent gestures that relate to the construction of textiles. Participating artsist include: Anna-Sophie Berger (A), Fay Nicholson (UK) and Constanze Schweiger (A).
