Mary Lloyd Jones, this year's recipient of the Glyndwr Award, is one of Wales' most popular and established artists. She is inspired by the Welsh landscape. The foundation of Mary's work is a personal, layered language of colour in response to the experience of particular locations, using maps and prehistory.
